Ayala Center currently has three (3) Customer Service Booths strategically located at the following areas:

1. Glorietta Activity Center
2. Greenbelt 1
3. Greenbelt 3

SERVICES

1. Addresses inquiries on:

• Directory of Stores
• Schedule of Events, Movies, Mass

• Ayala Center maps for the customers
• Space application forms for prospective merchants

3. Provides assistance for:

• Medical emergencies: The Customer Service Booth has a First Aid kit that contains medicines for headaches, colds, fever and medication like band-aid, alcohol, etc. for minor wounds. Customers who incur major injuries are treated at Patient's First located inside Mercury Drugstore, Glorietta 3, Ayala Center.
• Lost and found items
• Paging system

4. Serves as central booth for mall promos and activities.

• Instant Prizes like Ayala Center shopping bags, gift items, etc. may be redeemed at the Customer Service booth during occasions like Midnight Madness, Christmas Season, etc.
• Leaflets from Ayala Center establishments are also available at the Customer Service Booth for customers' perusal.

5. Serves as Feedback Corner for customer comments/complaints.
Customers may secure a comment form from the booth to write down their comments/suggestions/complaints.

Lounges

The Customer Lounges provide hotel-like comfort room amenities in a mall setting. For a minimal fee of P10, a shopper may use the lounge without experiencing the hassle of queuing in restroom cubicles, have the pleasure of pampering oneself in a clean, fragrant and sanitary environment and enjoy the use of toiletries like powder, lotion, toilet paper.

Ayala Center Makati currently has three (3) Customer Lounges strategically located at Glorietta 4: Ground Floor, 2nd Floor and 3rd Floor.

AMENITIES

•  Reception area with Customer Service representatives and Pay Lounge attendants to assist customers
•  Lounge area with magazines
•  Imported toiletries such as lotion and powder for customers' use
•  Toilet paper in all restroom cubicles
•  Diaper changing stations
•  Full-length mirror

USE OF THE CUSTOMER LOUNGE

Use of the Customer Lounge may be availed thru the following:
•  Pay a fee of P10 per person
•  Free use of the Customer Lounge may be availed by:
- Discount Plus Cardholders
- Employees of Ayala Land Inc. Ayala Property Management Corp.
- Merchant Owners
