Glorietta and Greenbelt has Customer Service Booths strategically located at the following areas:

1. Glorietta Activity Center
2. Greenbelt 3 Lobby

1. Addresses inquiries on:

• Store Information (Telephone Numbers, Location)
• Schedule of Events, Movies, Mass

• Glorietta maps for the customers
• Space application procedures for prospective merchants

3. Provides customer assistance for:

• Lost and found items
• Paging Services
• Restaurant Reservation
• Transportation Services Requirements
• Personal Shopper Assistance
• Medical emergencies: The Customer Service Booth has a First Aid kit that contains medication like band-aid, alcohol, etc. for external minor wounds. Customers who incur major injuries are treated at Patient's First located inside Mercury Drugstore, Glorietta 3, Ayala Center.

4. Serves as Feedback Corner for customer comments/complaints.

• Customers may secure a comment form from the booth to write down their feedback and suggestions.

5. Serves as central booth for mall promos and activities.

• Instant Prizes like Glorietta shopping bags, gift items, etc. may be redeemed at the Customer Service booth during occasions like Midnight Madness, Christmas Season, etc.
• Leaflets of Glorietta and Greenbelt establishments are also available at the Customer Service Booth for customers' perusal.

The Customer Lounges provide hotel-like comfort room amenities in a mall setting. Discount Plus Cardholders(DPC) may avail of the lounge for free while non-DPC members may use the lounge for a minimal fee of P10. A shopper may use the lounge without experiencing the hassle of queuing in restroom cubicles, have the pleasure of pampering oneself in a clean, fragrant and sanitary environment and enjoy the use of toiletries like powder, lotion, toilet paper.

Glorietta currently has three (3) Customer Lounges strategically located at Glorietta 4: Ground Floor, 2nd Floor and 3rd Floor.

AMENITIES

Use of the Customer Lounge may be availed thru the following:
•  Free use for Discount Plus Cardholders
•  Minimal fee of P10 per person for non-card holders

Five tech leaders and Glorietta have teamed up to launch the first in-mall technology venture that allows shoppers to surf, email, create images, edit documents, download music, and more.

The Glorietta e-Lounge combines the muscle of Ayala Malls, Compaq, GlobeNet , Intel, and Microsoft, with Cisco providing the networking backbone.

The wired network connects 10 Compaq DeskPro SB PCs and 10 Compaq Presario 5000 Series PCs, with Intel Pentium 4 processors at 2GHz running on Microsoft's Windows XP Operating System.

The wireless option provides Glorietta shoppers using laptop computers fast Internet access simply by inserting a Cisco PCM card (available from the lounge receptionist) into their notebook PCs.

Each PC has broadband access provided by GlobeNet , giving users access to high-speed data, voice and integrated services through an always-on connection without any slow dial-ups and connection disruptions.

The Glorietta e-Lounge is open from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. daily. Ayala Mall shoppers with P200 worth of receipts can use the facilities for free. Ayala Discount Plus cardholders get 30-minutes free access upon presenting their card.
