a. Customers may secure a comment form from the booth to write down their feedback and suggestions
b. These comments are forwarded to TriNoma Administration

The Customer Lounges provide hotel-like comfort room amenities in a mall setting. Customers may use the lounge for a minimal fee of P10. A shopper may use the lounge without experiencing the hassle of queuing in restroom cubicles, have the pleasure of pampering oneself in a clean, fragrant and sanitary environment and enjoy the use of toiletries like powder, lotion, toilet paper.

Currently in operation is the 1st Level Customer Loung near National Bookstore
